Billy Joe Huey was Born April 1st 1949 to Mildred Huey and passed away on December 14th 2019. He graduated from Lincoln High in 1967 as Senior class president, which is located in his home town of Camden Arkansas. He was honorable discharged from the Navy in January of 1971. Then lived many years in Little Rock, San Francisco, and Las Vegas working as a chef. Loved to cook, entertaining, the sports book, having great conversation and drinks with friends.
Survived by many cousins, loving family members, and friends.
