Ana Corina Pineda

Ana Corina, Cory as she was lovingly known by those closest to her, passed away on Monday, July 17, 2023. Cory was born in Guatemala City on July 19, 1962 to Julio and Ruby Barrios. There, she met the love of her life, Armando, and after dating for eight years, they married and moved to the United States to start their family. Cory was a doting and dedicated mother to Alan, Natalie, and Marvin. They were her pride and joy and she was the best mom to them. Known for her radiant smile and kindness toward everyone, she welcomed family, friends, and coworkers into her life with positivity and excitement. Her favorite role was being a grandmother to her grandkids - Christopher, Nathan, and Liam. Her positive attitude was reflected over the past year as she courageously battled cancer. She leaves behind a heartbroken husband, kids, and grandkids - as well as many extended family members and friends.

A funeral service for Ana will be held Saturday, July 29, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Palm Downtown Mortuary, 1325 North Main St, Las Vegas, NV 89101, followed by a visitation from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
