Maureen M. Flynn

Flynn (Minutolo), Maureen Marie, 44 of Largo, Florida died Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2011 at Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater, Florida. Maureen was born on April 2, 1967 in Watertown, New York. She was the daughter of Robert Francis and Donna Marie Dray Flynn. Maureen graduated from Pine Bush High School in Pine Bush, New York in 1985 and Orange County Community College as a Registered Nurse in 1993. Maureen moved to the Largo, Florida area in 1999 from Middletown, New York and worked for Morton Plant Hospital, Clearwater, Florida as a Registered Nurse until her illness. She was a current board member of the Largo Middle School and Largo High School and former board member of the Largo Elementary School. Maureen was a current board member of the Pinellas County Council PTA where she received a life membership award for her child advocacy work. Maureen is survived by her son, Nicholas G. Minutolo and daughter, Bridget Marie Minutolo both of Largo, Florida, her mother, Donna Marie Dray Flynn of Middletown, New York, and a sister, Michelle Flynn (Darryl) Gerow of Fayetteville, North Carolina. Maureen is also survived by her nephew, Darryl “DJ” Gerow and nieces, Ashley M and Kaitlyn Gerow. Also many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. She is predeceased by her father, Robert Francis Flynn, her sister, Melanie Dianne Flynn and her grandparents, Thomas E. and Agnes Dray, Francis and Marie Flynn. Family and friends are calling on Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm with a Vigil Service at 3:30 pm at the Moss Feaster Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, Florida 727-562-2080. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:00 am Monday Nov.7, 2011 at 10 am at the St. Cecilia Catholic Church, 820 Jasmine Way, Clearwater, Florida 33756. There will be a Memorial Service in Middletown, New York at a later date with an Inurnment Service in Buffalo, New York during the summer of 2012.
