John Francis Donohue 87, of Clearwater, FL passed away August 31, 2016 at Mease Hospital in Dunedin, FL. He was born in Jersey City, NJ on August 27, 1929 to parents James and Gertrude (Kearney) Donohue. John was a US Army veteran and served during the Korean War. He was an insurance agent for many years with Prudential Life Insurance Company. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Florence Donohue (Zorowski), a brother Arthur Donohue (Marian), and sisters Gertrude Fitzpatrick and Dorothy Donohue. Funeral Mass will be 11:30am Saturday Sept 10th at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 1507 Trotter Rd. Largo, Florida 33770. Visitation will be 9:30-11am at prior at Serenity Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Rd. Largo, Florida 33774. Internment will follow at Serenity Funeral Home.
