Chester Max Lowe

In loving memory of C. Max Lowe, 85, of Largo, Florida, who peacefully passed away on December 31st, 2023. As one of, if not the oldest Lowe in our family’s history, he lived a long and wonderful life. Born on December 8th, 1938, in Leesburg Township, Ohio, to Winifred Hodges and Arthur Lowe. Max, lettered in football and basketball in high school, and sang and danced in the theatre. Max was a proud graduate from The Ohio State University.

Max, previously married to Carol Lowe, pursued a successful career in sales. His love for boating, fishing, and sports reflected his zest for life. He also fancied himself a sports coach. A devoted fan of the Tampa Bay Rays and an unwavering supporter of the OSU Buckeyes, Max's passion for the these teams knew no bounds. He can now enjoy his beloved Bucs and Rays games from the box seats

He is survived by his loving children Jacquelyn Bailey, Jeffery Lowe, and James Lowe; grandchildren Kyle Bailey, Ryan Bailey, Arthur Lowe, and Ashley Lowe; and siblings Meredith Fowler, and Patricia Shriner (deceased).

In remembrance of a life well-lived, Max will be dearly missed by family and friends. May he rest in peace.
