Ramona J. Canfield

Ramona J. Canfield of Williamston, MI. Age 86, passed away on Monday, Sept 3, 2018 in Okemos, Michigan. She was born June 3, 1932 to George and Maude Eckman. She was number five of eight children, three of whom survive her, Jim (Jan) Eckman, Jerry (Karen) Eckman, and Diane (Dale) Bartig. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Steve Patterson, sister, Bernetta Mears, and brothers, Ken, Ray and Bernie Eckman.

Ramona was a Wife, Mom, Grandma and Great-Grandma first and foremost who supported her husband in his career as a home builder with her brother Bernie Eckman.

Ramona is survived by her Husband of 68 years, Jack Canfield; Children, Roxanne Patterson of Williamston, Randy (Teri) Canfield of DeWitt, and Rachele Canfield of Atlanta, Georgia; Grandchildren, Jill (Bruce) Munk, Julie (Korey) Lockwood, Taylor Canfield, and Jordan (Bill) Kirkendall; Great-Grandchildren, Melissa Munk, Bret Munk, Kodey Lockwood, and Kayden Lockwood.

Memorial Service will be held 12:00 P.M. Friday, September 14, 2018 at Memorial Lutheran Church, 1022 W. Grand River Ave. Williamston, MI 48895 with visitation from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Friday at church. Pastor David Voss will be officiating.
