Michael Joseph Tripp Jr., of Grand Rapids, Michigan passed away on February 16, 2014.

A Memorial will take place at Tripper’s Sports Bar in Lansing, Michigan on Saturday March 1, 2014 from 1:00-3:00 p.m.

Michael was born in Lansing, Michigan on July 27, 1970. He joined the Army at the age of 17, serving from 1987-1991 as an E-4 Specialist. Michael’s most recent accomplishments include his anticipated 2014 graduation from Grand Rapids Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and his acceptance into Ferris State University’s Business Program.

Michael is survived by his Mother, Pamela Ann Hollandsworth; Shirley Tripp; Grandmother, Mary Jane Tripp; his brothers, Frederick Earl Tripp III, Kendall James Tripp, Robert DeNeff; his sisters Sue DeNeff and Mary DeNeff; his uncles, John Tripp, Jimmy Tripp, Bobby Tripp, Donny Tripp, Tommy Tripp, Stevie Tripp and Bob Larabee; his Aunts, Kathy Germi and Judy Lenneman; nieces and nephews, Taylor Lynn Tripp, Wynter Shay Trip and Kannon Michael Tripp; and many additional family members and friends.

Michael is preceded in death by his Father, Michael Joseph Tripp Sr.; and Grandfather, Frederick Earl Tripp II.
