Mary Frances Quintieri

On April 22, 2023 our dear mother passed on to Heaven. Mary was in her own home with us and passed peacefully. She was a 1957 graduate of Lansing Eastern High School and attended Lansing Community College. Mary was a social worker for the State of Michigan for 10 years and later retired from General Motors as an EAP representative as well as a BodyCare specialist. Her hobbies included Clowning (professionally known as Twitzy), floral design, sewing and bow making. She loved traveling the world, but Paris was her favorite destination. Mary was a mother to any person who needed one and will forever be irreplaceable in our hearts.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Tony Quintieri I and her son, Tony Quintieri II. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Karin Quintieri; daughter, Tamara (Steve) Quintieri-Russell; daughter, Terri (Chris) Fox; grandchildren, Tamara and Ryan Brandimore, Steven and Brooke Russell, Frances Fox and David Mahieu, Kimberly Quintieri, Mary and Daniel Peterson; great-grandchildren, Sophia Brandimore, Greyson Brandimore, Adilynn Mahieu, Nikita Russell, Charlotte Russell, Amelia Russell, and Theodore Peterson.

Her viewing will be Sunday April 30, 2023 from 4 pm - 7 pm at Gorsline-Runciman Tiffany Chapel (3232 W. Saginaw, Lansing, MI). The Funeral will be Monday May 1, 2023 at 12 pm located at Mount Hope Church (202 S. Creyts Road Lansing, MI) with luncheon to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Mary may be made to House of Promise (houseofpromise.com).
