I've been thankful every day of the 85 years God gave me. I was blessed in so many ways; born to Ida "June" and David "Joe" Arts (the best parents); a brother, Billy, and a sister Janet (who are the best).
As a senior at Eastern High School I worked as a co-op student at Beneficial Finance Company where I met my husband-to-be, Carl 'Herb" Oberg, and we were married on August 23, 1958. We were blessed with three wonderful children; Greg, Betsy, and Herby.
I was survived by my children, Greg (Betty) Oberg, Betsy Oberg, and Herb (Shelly) Oberg; grandchildren; Ashley (Phil) Wilson, Jacob (Lauren) Oberg, Ryan Oberg, and Cade Oberg; great-grandchildren, Brayden and Landen Wilson; Carter and Christian Oberg; and Lucas Oberg; sister: Janet Montgomery and family; and brother: Bill Arts and family. I was preceded in death by my parents: David and Ida Arts; husband: Carl Oberg: dear companion: Frank Field; brother-in-law: Richard Montgomery; and grandson: Camdin Oberg.
To those who preceded me, I'm coming to join you. To my survivors, I'll be waiting with open arms. God Bless. I love every one of you.
