Jan,it's so hard to believe that you're gone. You have always been there for us.  You were a devoted wife, loving mother and loyal friend.  I have so many wonderful memories of you from high school, college at MSU and beyond.  My heart goes out to Chad, your wonderful Mom and your sisters and brothers.  They are in my thoughts and prayers.  I am honored to have been your friend for so many years.

Chad, so sorry to hear about your mom.  It's a tough time, but you will get through it by remembering all the good memories as you will cherish those and keep your mom close to heart.

Sad news.  She was a kind and gentle spirit.  So glad to have seen Jan at our 50th class reunion.  She will be fondly remembered.

I went to school with Jan and it was wonderful seeing her at the class reunion. I send her family my deepest sympathy I know she will be missed.

I worked with Janis at sparrow hospital on 5 foster for a good many years.She was a special friend of mine. We would laugh and tell many stories. I will miss her and her beautiful smile. I will never forget the good times we had.

I was so sorry to hear of Jan's passing. She was a part of my childhood and I enjoyed "coming of age" with her. I also enjoyed seeing her at our high school 50 th  class reunion. I will cherish my memories of her.

I am saddened to hear the news about Jan's passing.  We wanted to talk more after she arrived to the Reunion, but they asked us all to take our seats so we hugged & sat at different tables.  I didn't have a chance to catch up with her.  I will always remember our fun times together in high school, our mini-girl's reunion, and our phone calls during our dear friend, Judy B's illness & passing. I will miss you dear Jan.  Carl and Chad you both are in my thoughts and prayers.

I went to high school with Jan. I remember the way she smiled and her laugh.  She was always a pleasure to be around.    I am very sorry for your loss.

I am devastated by the loss of a beloved steady friend of 58 years and imagine with a broken heart what Chad, Carl the Kroll and Bryson families are going thru. Jan was an incredibly compassionate and intelligent person who nursed more than those in her professional care in hospitals. She was at the side of numerous friends in their time of need over the years. Her wit, humor, and keen ability to see situations and people clearly were all special skills of hers. I cannot believe she is gone and I will miss her the rest of my life. I send my deep sympathy and love to all the family in their time of great grief.
