Fredrick Green, age 67, of East Lansing, Michigan passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023. He was born October 28, 1955 in Philadelphia, PA to Howard and Angelina (Cicco) Green. He married Debra Lynn Moore on June 24, 1978 in Groveport, OH. Fred graduated from Groveport Madison High School. He received his BA from The Ohio State University and MBA from Cleveland State University.
Fred served for 20 years in the United States Navy, retiring as a Supply Officer. Following retirement he worked as Director of Retired Pay for the Navy Finance Department and was Past Commander of the VFW Post in Bay Village, OH. Fred loved watercolor painting, his beloved dog, Trudy, and his family. He was a gentleman and a true patriot.
Surviving are his wife, Debra Moore Green; children, Valerie (Mike) Hedges and Lillian (Bryan Kral) Green; grandchildren, Clara, Walter, and Elise; brother, H. Curt Green, and numerous nieces and nephews.
