Our loving sister, Deborah Kay Brabon, passed away June 28, 2021 unexpectedly at her home. Debby was born in Lansing, Michigan December 18, 1953, the eldest of four children. She graduated from Waverly High School in 1971. She served in the United States Army as a Specialist Four touring in Korea and was honorably discharged in 1980. Debby enjoyed listening to music, in particular the Beatles, playing cards, reading and spending time with family. Debby had two rescue cats named Princess and Tabby that she loved dearly. She was employed with serveral employers over the years including clerical and insurance positions with the last being at the Veterans Administration in Lansing. Debby was involved in a automobile accident in 1990 and suffered a closed head injury that disabled her though she continued to live her life to the fullest! Deborah is survived by her brother Michael (Diane) Brabon, Sandy (Joseph) Thelen, Lisa (Mark) Palmer, beloved Aunt and Uncle; Judy and Howard Haas, cousins; Christopher Haas and Gregory Haas; stepsiblings; Brenda, Terry and Rodney Brown, nephews; Matthew McComb, Justin (Lauren) Brabon, Jarred Brabon, Zachary Palmer, and nieces; Melissa (Troy) McComb, Jessica (Brad) Starks, Jenna (Nathan) Anderson and several great nephews and nieces. She was proceeded in death by her mother and stepfather, JoAnn Lee and Wayne E. Brown and father; Keith Charles Brabon.
