Gonz, my dear friend. It sure dose not seem like a year since you left us all. Your always in my thoughts Gonz. You will always be missed. I know your up in heaven smiling down on us all. Frank & I send our deepest condolences to the family.  We both had the pleasure of working with Gonz, Frank had known him longer & at one point had lived with him.  We are very blessed to have known him. Frank & Gonz told many stories of memories shared by the 2 of them... the tighty whities,  pumpkin and the story behind baking soda. I myself was blessed to have known and work with Gonz.  He taught me a lot while working in corrections & I loved working with him. He was straight forward,  always had your back and worked as a team.  You never knew what he was going to say, but you would know what he thought. Many laughs,  talks, advice.  We were all truly blessed to have known him.  We all loved us some "Gonz".. the remembering the sound of your laugh & the memories we hold in our hearts till we see you again our friend,  may you RIH.  We 💜 you Gonz...

You were taken away from me to soon. I was not expecting  you to be gone at such a young age. I love you more than breathing n life. You were my best friend, my hemorrhoid, and you were suppose to b  my life partner. I miss u every day, minute  and seconds.  Don't know what I'm suppose to do. Miss that wonderful laugh, smiles, n the spark in ur eyes when you kiss me hello n good bye. I'll never hear I LOVE you again. 

"Gonz " it sadden us deeply when we heard of you passing. You were one of a kind. Gonz you will always be in our hearts. The big smile on your face and the precious memories we all shared at work. The last time we worked together was a mandate, you actually made it worth staying. You had a way Gonz. I know your looking down on us all with that big smile. I would like to send my condolence to the family of Armando. I'm so sorry for your loss. Armando was a great man. I had the pleasure of working with Armando and seen his kindness toward others.  He was one of my sons best friends. Armando will truly be missed.  I'm truly sincerely sorry for your loss.

It was my pleasure to work with 'Gonz' at MTU for the past few years. He was fun to work with, straightforward, always told me what he thought (usually about me). He was quiet, but he had no issue with 'stirring the pot' when it looked like it needed stirring. I was looking forward to some of his home-made hot sauce.  My sincere condolences to his family and his Corrections friends as well.

You were 1 of a kind and will always hold a place in my heart, until we meet again . PS, we love you and will miss all of your loving  Teddy bear hugs. 

Armando and I met at church. He was always up for helping me work on the building. The two of us built the Portico on he east side of the church. He amazed me by breaking hammer handles. Three to be a fact. We were working on the roof structure and I had built a ledge to put my chop saw on so I wouldn't have to go up and down to cut the rafters. When we finished I stepped over the edge to pick it up he grabbed me by the belt and lifted me up to where I was not touching anything. He thought I was going to fall about 10 feet to the ground. He yelled to me " get back in here you toothless old fart". I was now officially  TOF. I bought him a new hammer that had a steel handle and gave it to him in church the next Sunday. He was always a great helper. He will surly be missed. He is now with his God.

Armando was a great “brother” with  A great heart. He gave Tim his nickname(TOF), meaning Toothless Old Fart. Long story….We loved him dearly and will miss him much. 

Chinese Buffets…I’ll never be able to eat at one without the laughing about eating at them with dad. “You eat like whale”

Fishing…I’ll never reel in the line without waiting twice as long as I want to, knowing you’d tell me to just leave it alone. 

Hiking…I’ll never go in a hike or walk without having extra water and snacks in case we end up on the horse trail. 

Although our relationship was strained there was always love between us. His last words to me were, “I love you mija, with my whole heart.”
I love you too dad.
