Carolyn Yvonne Lewis, age 69, of Lancaster, California passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. She was born on August 11, 1954 in Nashville, Tennessee born to Nina Overton Lewis and Wayman Ivo Lewis Jr (both deceased). Carolyn was the 3rd born child of eight children. She had five sisters and two brothers: Donna Faye, Rhoda Frances (deceased), Wayman III, Thomas Earl, Joyce Lynette (deceased), Joanne and Rosalind. The family moved to Los Angeles California in 1962. Carolyn was blessed with five children: Eric Joseph (deceased), Corey Deon, Brian DeShawn, Arron Lee and Kanisha La'Shawn. She also leaves behind her 10 grandchildren : Diamond Brianna, Adrian Jaron, Alyssa Aryn, Jaylea Flora, Anthony Lee, Wayne Anthony, Kyla La'Shaé, Aalexis Jaé, Khourie Dez'Marie, Makiyla Rosé, 6 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
