Caroline was born November 21, 1954 in Calapandayan, Subic, Zambales, Philippines to Andres Ramos and Jesusa Ventulina.
Caroline came to the United States in 1980 and had devoted her life to raising three wonderful children and doted on her grandchildren whom she loved to spend time with.
Caroline loved to cater for people when they came over and would start cooking all sorts of foods but was famously known for her pancit and lumpia. She was very fond of blue crabs & squids and every time she would cook something that her children didn’t quite like, she would always say, “good, more for me”. She enjoyed her quiet times from watching The Bachelorette to doing crossword puzzles over a cup of coffee. In Caroline’s younger days, she loved to play rummy, enjoyed being in her garden taking care of her roses, zinnias, and tomatoes.
Caroline is survived by her children, who made up the entirety of her world, Maria Louisa Fulmer (Jeff) of Las Vegas, NV, Carla Crystal Figueroa (Christian) of Lancaster CA, and Carl Dwight Cassell of Boise, ID; grandchildren, Andrew Fulmer, Sam Fulmer, Eva Figueroa, and Logan Figueroa.
