Robert H Bourne

Born April 4, 1948 in Long Branch, New Jersey, raised in Neptune, and lived over 40 years in Toms River / Lakewood area before moving to his dream state of Florida (Lake Worth) in 2021. He was a proud plumber pipefitter for 41 years and a member of Local #9. He was loved and adored by many throughout his lifetime. He will always be an avid Yankees and Giants fan. Robert was passionate about helping others and enjoying his retirement.

Robert is survived by his beloved wife, Joanne and two daughters, Michelle Lambert of Toms River, NJ and Amanda Bourne and her fiancé Adam Gordon of Dunellen, NJ. He will be dearly missed by his two grandchildren, John and Angelique Lambert. He is also survived by his brother Richard Bourne and his wife Sandy of Ft. Myers, FL, his nephews, Rocky and Jason Bourne and niece, Laura Oberlander and husband Lance.

A memorial service will be held at D’Elia Funeral Home in Lakewood, NJ on Monday, December 30, 2024 from 12pm - 5pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Vitas Healthcare of West Palm Beach Florida.
