Mary Lippert

Mary Lippert, 79, passed away June 17, 2011 at Kimbal Medical Center in Lakewood. Mrs. Lippert was born and raised in Staten Island and moved to Brick for the last 20 years. She was a graduate of the New Dorp High School in Staten Island, NY. Mary was a member of many choirs and churches over the years, namely the St. Peter’s Church of Staten Island. Mary loved to cook, crochet, and spend time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Some of the families’ fondest memories were of the vacations they spent over the last 50 years in Cape Cod. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and great grandmother and will be greatly missed by all. Mrs. Lippert is predeceased by her husband of 53 years George, a sister, Margaret Turner, brother, William Alles, and a grandson Michael Schneider. Mary is survived by her six children, Margaret Guzman and her husband Raymond, Robert Lippert and his wife Maureen, William Lippert and his wife Marianne, Linda Schneider and her husband George, George Lippert, and Edward Lippert and his wife Diane, 15 Grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and two brothers Robert Alles and Albert Alles. Friends may call Monday, June 20, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the D’Elia Funeral Home Rt. 70 & Vermont Ave. Lakewood, NJ 08701. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2011 at 10:30AM at the St. Mary of the Lake Church in Lakewood. Interment will take place at Moravian Cemetery in Staten Island, NY.
