Debbie had touched so many lives with her loyalty, pure love and compassionate nature. She was passionate about animals, treating all with kindness and taking care of everyone before herself.

She is survived by her daughter Tara Boland and her companion Christopher Koeck. She has four beloved and devoted grandchildren Justin, Christopher, Marriona and Shelby. Debbie has two supportive loving sisters, Carol Walsh and Janice Vining which blessed her with her cherished niece Dawn (companion Mark), and nephews Michael (wife Jaclyn), Josh (wife Michelle) and Dylan (wife Caroline). In addition, Debbie was also blessed with loving cousins Patrick (wife Patricia) and Jimmy (wife Dorothy).

Extended family must also be mentioned as they have been instrumental through her life and especially in her last days either by her side or supporting her family during this difficult time. Debbie’s work families, her neighbors at her current residence, Richard Bassin and Jeanne Desjardins. Finally, her best friend and the one that brought her happiness daily, her loving dog Echo. He is safe and sound with new dog friends living with Tara.

Debbie is now in the presence of her Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ. Although we are grieving, she is at peace with all our family in heaven.

As a family, we have decided to have a memorial, at a later date, that will be private but those who wish to honor her life, you can make a donation to St Jude or any animal rescue.
