After 86 years of life, love, and kindness, Raymond Isaac Guerra passed away surrounded by his loving family on July 25, 2023. Raymond was born in El Paso, Texas to Casemiro and Gavina Guerra on September 26, 1936. Early in his infancy his mother and father moved him and their other children to Denver, Colorado.
Raymond had a deep appreciation of quiet and solitude. He loved candy and Diet Pepsi, but only for himself, guests were offered regular Pepsi. You should also not plan too stay late, about 20 minutes after your arrival he was kind enough to announce that your visit was well loved and regarded, but it was time for you to go home now.
Raymond also loved religious candels, and never ceased to give family and friends saints medals and prayer cards, many of which are treasured today. He had a large collection of unique swords, and a lot of binochulars, that he found neat.
Raymond was taught many lessons early in his life, but the one that stood the test of time was the power of kindness. You could count on Raymond to be kind in situations where he certainly didn't have to be. He also loved to work hard for his family, he spend a lot years at the quary that was located in North West Denver.
Raymond is preceded in death by his parents, all of his siblings, his daughter, Frances and Vicki; and his fur children, Taz, Fabulous, and Gloria.
Those remembering Raymond include his children, Angelina (Michael), Teddy (Michelle), Patricia (Robert), and Ray; 21 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
No services are at this time, but you're encouraged to sit in the quiet and peace of an evening or morning, drink a Diet Pepsi and say "later," not goodbye, to Raymond.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.advantagerunyan-stevenson.com for the Guerra family.
