Dee had many hobbies including gardening, creating angels and making photo books. She was a tough woman with a tremendous amount of energy.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Clark "Chuck" Neal. Dee leaves to cherish her memory her children, Diane Ishman and husband Ken, Craig Neal, Terri Kennedy and husband Alan; grandchildren, Brittany Westergard and husband Dale, Derek DeShields, Janelle Ishman, Trevor Kennedy, Kaysee Ishman, Audrey Kennedy; great-grandson, Bryce Westergard; brothers, Vince Lubbers, Eddie Lubbers and wife Mary, Randy Lubbers; as well as many other relatives and friends.
Dee's family will have a private celebration of life in the summer of 2023.
The family requests that donations in Dee's name be made to the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
The family wishes to express gratitude to Dee's friends and family, especially her caregivers, Angie Jackson and Rhonda and Ryan Grosch.
