David Warren Parker, PhD., age 87, of Littleton, Colorado passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2022. David was born July 10, 1935 in Independence, Kansas to Clarence and Lottie Parker. David would enter the United States Army in 1955. He was honorably discharged in 1957 to pursue his education interests. He earned his Doctorate degree and spent many years teaching at Metro University. He will be missed by many who he was able to grow through teaching; his family, including his wife, Joan; extended family members, and friends.
A memorial service for David will be held Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Brentwood United Methodist Church, 1899 South Irving Street, Denver, CO 80219. A light lunch will follow in the reception hall. David will be laid to rest on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area A.
