Bruce A. Myers was born in Sacramento, California to his beloved parents, Benjamin and Florence Myers. Early in his life he and his family moved from California to Colorado, settling in South Denver. Colorado was the perfect place for Bruce - he loved the outdoors. Hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, they were all things he enjoyed. Nature gave him peace.
Bruce graduated from South High School and began his career as an accountant. His true passions were motorcycles and drumming. He was an accomplished drummer and played in several bands. He also had a deep love for family. When his mother had a stroke, the only reason she lived so long afterwards was due to Bruce's care. That care took a lot off of his mom and sister's shoulders, and his mom was all the better for it.
Sadly, Bruce passed away unexpectedly on February 15th at the age of 69. He is preceded in death by his parents. Bruce is survived by his sister, Susan (Jim) Mulcahy; his nieces, Meghan (Peter) Kepler and Maureen Mulcahy; his great nephews, Ben, Tyler, and Nick Kepler; many extended family members and friends.
