Virginia Lucille Goodemoot

Virginia Lucille Goodemoot, age 91, of Portland, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, December 8, 2021. Virginia was born May 22, 1930 in Fenwick, MI to Pearl Irene (Grubaugh) Harder. Ginny loved to cook for people and they especially loved her wet burritos, swiss steak and cookies. She was an avid card player and Euchre was her favorite.

Ginny will be missed by; her son Mike (Betty) Goodemoot, grandchildren Melissa Holley, Meghean (Damian) Parker, Derrik (Alicia) Goodemoot, Meagan (Thaddeus) Selden, Dustin Lafler, great grandchildren Joseph Daniel Holley, Graciela Lucynda Hernandez, Antonio Samuel Hernandez, Mason Richard Thorpe, Evangalina Rae Sweers, Marlene Lila Goodemoot, Ellis Bret Selden, great-great grandchild John Frederick Allen, brother Chris (Carol) Harder, best friend and neighbor Kathy Pinkston, along with many nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death are; her parents, husband Merle (Mike) Goodemoot, daughter Linda Dianne Holley, 11 siblings and grandchild Eric Michael Holley.

According to her wishes cremation has taken place and a memorial will be held at a later date.
