She graduated from LaGrange High School Class of 1976 and was a member of the Catholic Faith. Phyllis retired from the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office serving as a Deputy after over 13 years of service. She loved LSU, the New Orleans Saints, fishing and the outdoors. Phyllis loved visiting with friends and family and cooking outdoors.
She is Preceded in Death by her Parents, Gilbert and Marie Arceneaux, and her Wife, Faye.
Phyllis is survived by her sisters, Geri Cole and husband Dwayne, Moss Bluff, La., Kim Landry, Lake Charles, La., Jada Guidry and husband Wayne, Moss Bluff, La., numerous Nieces and Nephews and her beloved Pets, Bullett and Dakota.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 14, 2022, at 10:00 AM with a Celebration of Life Memorial Service at 11:00 AM at Hixson Funeral Home Chapel of Lake Charles with Celebrant Jody Barrilleaux officiating. Cremation is entrusted to Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles.
