Opal Helen Richard

Opal was a lifelong resident of Lake Charles and a member of St. Henrys Catholic Church.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Paul Richard and wife Anita of Pensacola, FL.; two grandchildren, Nichole Richard of Pensacola, FL. and Jessica Miller and husband Zachary of Cape Coral, FL.; great grandchildren, Kirsi Patel, Joseph Horton, Vander Horton, Oscar Miller; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Deserie Paul Richard; a sister Lula Jane Landry, and a brother Earl Ray Gillette.

Visitation services will be held at Hixson Funeral Home of Lake Charles on Wednesday, January 06, 2021 beginning at 11:30am with a rosary being prayed at 1:00pm and a Funeral Services will be held in the Funeral Home at 2:30pm. Interment will be immediately following at Prien Memorial Park.
