Lenette was born to Clarence and Lizzie Aguillard in Lake Charles, Louisiana. She was a graduate of LaGrange High. She was married to the love of her life, Fred, for 38 years. She was a woman of many hobbies that included spending time with her family and arts and crafts. Her family was of the utmost importance to her. She was a room mother for her children and fully supported their hobbies as well. She was the stage mom for her daughter Taylor and attended every recital. She always attended her son Tre's races and cheered him on from the sidelines. She was always there for her children when they needed her most. This often included being the pilot when her copilot (her husband) fell asleep on the way home from racing and dancing events. She was also a wonderful caretaker for her mother and her in-laws.
