Judy Ann Smith

She was born in Lawtell, Louisiana December 8, 1947 to parents, Curry J. Latiolais & Lucy Ardoin.

Judy enjoyed vacations as well as cooking, reading, playing games, and fishing. But most of all she loved to spend time with her family. She was a member of Open Door Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph Ned Smith, her parents, Curry J. Latiolais & Lucy Ardoin and her sister Priscilla Carriere.

Those left to cherish her memories include her 4 children; Chad Smith and wife Gina, Tina Hamilton and husband Mark, Tricia Gaspard and husband Bryan, and Mandy Miller and husband Kirby, as well as 8 grandchildren & 9 great-grandchildren

Pallbearers for services are Chad Smith, Kirby Miller, Kolton Miller, Mark Hamilton, Brian Gaspard, Brady Smith, Kurry Miller and Sawyer Hebert.

The family will welcome the public for visitation Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at Open Door Baptist Church in Ragley, LA from 4:00pm until 8:30pm. Visitation will resume Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 10:00am until time of funeral service at 12:00pm. Interment will follow at New Ritchie Cemetery in Moss Bluff, LA.
