Courtnie Bernadette Fontenot

She was a native of Lake Charles and resident of Vinton, La. She formerly attended Sowela college, where she studied Culinary Arts and Process Technology. Courtnie loved spending time with her children and family as well as cooking, being outdoors and fishing.

She is preceeded in death by her father Michael Fontenot.

Those left to cherish her memory are her mother: Tracy Hart of Lake Charles, La. Two daughters: Alessia Simpson and Sophia Simpson both of Vinton, La. Three brothers: Jace Fontenot of Lake Charles, La. Josh Hart of Lake Charles, La. and Riley Hickman of Madisonville, Tx. and her sister Mykah Fontenot of Madisonville, Tx.

Cremation was entrusted to Hixson Funeral Home.
