Arthur "Goodbuddy" W. Gatson Jr.

Mr. Arthur W. Gatson, Jr. was born to the late Arthur James Gatson and Geneva Robinson- Gatson on October 13, 1922 in Wiergate,TX. Preceded in death by sisters: Vernice Gatson and Juanita Gatson; brothers: Lonza Gatson, King Solomon Gatson and G.A. Gatson. He was employed at Barrett Collision Center for many years before retirement and a member of Emmanual Community Church in Abilene, TX.

He leaves to cherish the memory of his wife of 75 years: Nora Lee Gatson; sister: Mattie B. Gatson of Houston, TX; Cherished family members: LaVonica Malveaux of Oberlin LA, Dorothy Smith of Jasper, TX; Eloise Haynes of Jasper, TX; Dianna Nash of Sacramento,CA Anthony Mattox of Lake Charles, LA; Terry Mattox of Forney, TX and many other host of relatives, grandchildren, cousins and friends.
