Ricky was born to the late Buddy Lewis and Doris Sturgeon in Louisville, KY on August 22, 1970.
He was an avid UK fan and enjoyed fishing.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother; Gene Lewis and 2 cherished dogs; Loretta and Whitney.
Left to cherish the memory of Ricky are his sister; Linda Brooks (Mitchell), 2 nieces; Krystal McNeil (Patrick) and Heather McCallister (Charles), 2 great-nephews; Hunter McCallister and Landon McNeil, his beloved Chihuahua dog; Diva and many extended family and friends.
A Funeral Service will be held for Ricky on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 at 2pm at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home, 706 W Jefferson St, LaGrange, KY 40031 with burial to follow at Valley of Rest in LaGrange. Visitation will be from 10am until the start of the service.
Memorial donations can be made to Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in Ricky's name.
