She was born to the late James and Irene Chambless Sherrell on July 20, 1945 in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Linda was an educator and worked for Jefferson County Public Schools and St. Joseph Children's Home. She attended Ballardsville Baptist Church with her daughter and granddaughter.
She is preceded in death by her sister; Judy Meeks.
Left to cherish the memory of Linda are daughter; Katrina Perkey, granddaughter; Rachael Rothman, siblings; Michael Sherrell (Myra) and Kristie Sherrell-Clement (Ray), brother-in-law; John Meeks, extended family and friends.
A celebration of Linda's life will be held on Friday, January 29, 2021 at 1pm at Heady-Radcliffe Funeral Home with burial to follow at Valley of Rest in LaGrange, Kentucky. Visitation will be from Noon until the start of the service. The service will be available through live streaming at www.heady-radcliffefuneralhome.com
