He was a member of Covenant United Methodist Church. He was a custodian at the church and a family cleaning business.
Preceding him in death were his parents, John Edward and Regina Browning; and 4 brothers.
Survivors include his daughter, Addrianna Chappell; sisters, Regina Martin and Brenda Chappell (Paul), many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial Service will be at 2 PM on Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at Covenant United Methodist Church
