Leonard Griffin

Mr. Griffin was born May 19, 1958 in LaGrange, GA, son of the late Leonard Elbert Griffin, Sr. and Myrna King Griffin. He was employed with Sejong as an engineer.

Survivors include his wife, Tracy Griffin; children, Bryan Griffin (Betty), Michael Griffin, Jenny Seitz (Mike), and J.P. Daves (Hallie); grandchildren, Carson, Hayden, Lane, Mackenzie, and Kadence; siblings, Sherry Tankersley (Eddie), Vinson Griffin (Robin), Tonya Meacham (Alan), and Gina McGlamory (Billy); and several nieces and nephews.

The Celebration of Life service will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, June 17, 2021 in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary with Rev. Lamar Truitt officiating. Burial will follow in Shadowlawn Cemetery. The gathering of family and friends will be on Wednesday from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or American Cancer Society in memory of Leonard E. Griffin, Jr.
