Willard was preceded in death by his father, William Osborne Campbell; his mother Carl Independence Campbell; his first wife Charlotte Campbell and his brother, O.A. Campbell. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Campbell; his three children, Keith, Chester (Amy), and Mark Campbell; three grandchildren Charlotte, Carlee and Dylan Campbell; two step- children, Danny Trogdon and Bianca Woodson (Mike);a step grandson, Chavis Trogdon; a sister-in-law, Mary Campbell; several nephews and other relatives.
A celebration of life service will be held at Calvary Baptist Church in Harlingen, TX on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. where he had been a member for a number of years. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Calvary Christian School scholarship fund, 1518 N. 7th St. Harlingen, TX. 78550.
