Marcos Felix Saldana

In August 2000, he met his wife Victoria (Vicky) Carrasco during their Freshman Year in high school with both graduating from Santa Rosa High School in 2004. The high school sweet hearts went on to have 2 children, Selena Saldaña and Sabrina Saldaña.

Marcos was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of Selena, Sabrina, and Vicky and always tried his best to support as Marcos would say “My Girls”.

Marcos was a very passionate selfless man full of life and always the life of the party. His fun loving charismatic personality attracted many friends and kept his family in high spirits whenever we were together. That smile and laugh would brighten everyone’s day.

Anyone who knew Marcos knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. Marcos was preceded in death by his Grand Father Ramon Cortez, Father In-Law, Tomas Carrasco, Uncle Javier Cortez, Aunt Delfina Daniel, and Aunt Gregoria Calderon. He is survived by his wife Victoria Carrasco, Daughters Selena Saldaña and Sabrina Saldaña, Mother Maria Elena Cortez, Father Richard Saldaña, Brothers Richard Saldaña Jr, Gilbert Saldaña and Jose Luis Saldaña, Sisters Cecilia Saldaña and Nancy Saldaña, Grand Mother Maria Ortiz Cortez, Mother in Law Maria Carrasco followed by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Brother-In Law, Sister-In Law, Nephews and Nieces.

The family requests that all flowers and notes to be sent to Heavenly Grace in La Feria TX. There will be a viewing held at Heavenly Grace, Tuesday, September 7th 2021 from 2:00 to 9:00 PM with a Rosary at 7:00 PM. A prayer service will be held Wednesday, September 8th 2021 at Heavenly Grace. The burial will follow afterwards at Santo Nombre Cemetery in Santa Rosa, TX.
