Danny "Dan" Glenn Myers

He was born on February 11, 1960 in Kokomo, the son of Glenn A. Myers and Juanita L. (Crosley) Chaney.

Dan attended Northwestern Schools and was a member of the Kokomo High School class of 1978. On February 26, 1978 he married Sandra M. (Kanable) Myers and she survives.

Dan worked for Kolux Sign Company for eight years. He later opened his own business Clearview Window and Door Company. He finished out his career with Majestic Security as a gate guard at Menards. Dan was also an active member of Howard Lodge No. 93 Knights Templer, also the York Right and Scottish Right.

Dan is survived by his wife Sandra Myers, Kokomo, their 3 children, Michael Myers, Marc (Kelly) Myers, and Stephanie (Zach) Todd. 5 Grandchildren, Skyler Longfellow, Kaitlyn Batchelar, Ashlyn, Christian and Monica Myers; his Mother and Father-in-law Harold and Mary Miller; 4 half-sisters, Renata Craig, Dana Winchester, Cecil “CC” Ingram, and Glenda (Ingram) Reese; and several step siblings, nieces, and nephews.

Dan was preceded in death by his parents; Grandparents Helen and Henry Hogg; Grandmother Cecil (Martin) Albright.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm on Monday, September 21, 2015 at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home. A Masonic memorial service will be held at 7:30 pm on Monday at the funeral home.

A funeral service to celebrate Dan’s life will be held Tuesday September 22, 2015 at 1:00PM at Sunset Memory Garden Funeral Home with burial to follow at Shiloh Cemetery.
