Barbara L. (Morris) Luna

Barbara L. (Morris) Luna, age 58, of Kokomo, Indiana danced her way home on Thursday, December 15, 2022. She enjoyed being outdoors, going fishing and camping whenever she could. Barbara was wild at heart, and was always up to dance to any kind of music. When she was indoors, she could be found crocheting while Criminal Minds or NCIS played in the background. Though Barbara only had 3 kids, she was a mother to everyone. Her house was always filled with love and laughter. She was a genuine person, and would help anyone in need whether she had the means to or not. She loved spending time with her family, which usually meant gossiping with her sisters. Barbara is survived by her 3 children; Austin (Miranda Stoner) Luna, Manuella (Ray) Riche, and Adrianna Luna, 3 siblings; Pamela Lloyd, Valerie Woods, and Dallas Morris, as well as her biggest joys in life, her 2 grandchildren; Sophia Luna and Isaac Luna. Barbara also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her mother; Clara "Rose" Morris, brother; Richard "Rick" Morris, uncle; Wesley Turner, nieces; Leona Baker and Alyssia Ruiz, brother-in-law; Bruce Lloyd, and a lifelong friend; Ellen Paredes. A funeral service for Barbara will be held Friday, December 23, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Ellers Mortuary, 725 S. Main Street, Kokomo, Indiana 46901. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family to help cover funeral expenses.
