Stephen L. Chandler, born September 20, 1951 of Knoxville, TN departed this life on November 16, 2023. Steve was of the Baptist faith. He was a graduate of South High School, the University of Tennessee and East Tennessee State University. Steve was a loving son, husband and respected business owner.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents, Richard C. Chandler and Stella Chandler Hines; special Aunt Roxie Rappoport; loving wife Loretta Chandler.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his sister-in-law Pam Henry; nieces: Kerry Henry and family, PJ Campanaro and family; nephew Chase Hines and family; cousin Kim Reed; friends: Tim Wagner, Marty Solomon and many more.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Young Williams Animal Center, 3201 Division Street, Knoxville, TN 37919.
