Ronnie Sue Lowe, age 58, of Seymour, passed away February 12, 2017. Preceded in death by parents, Ronald Lee Wiley and Anita Jean Wiley; brother, Alan Lee Lyons, sister, Phyllis Sprouse. She is survived by daughter, Michelle Lowe and fiancé Jeremy Ellison; sisters, Diana Cox and Jac Allyn Mullins; two grandchildren, Zachary Carlson and Jeremiah Ellison, as well as several extended family members and special friends.
