Ronald Lee Burleson, age 76, passed away Monday, September 19, 2022. Ronnie was a member of Iron Workers Local 384, and was retired with over 40 years of service. He was a Vietnam Veteran in the US Army. Ronnie loved to play golf and was an avid UT fan. Preceded in death by mother, Anna Elkins; father, Luther Burleson; sister, Carol Payne. Survived by wife of 44 years, Susan Burleson; children, Chris Burleson (Stephanie), Ronnie Burleson, Jr., Angela Earl (Matt), Jason Burleson, Courtney Burleson (Austin); 14 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brothers, Larry Burleson and Charles Stafford. The family will receive friends from 1 – 2:45 pm Friday at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home, 2300 Adair Drive. The interment will follow at 3 pm in Lynnhurst Cemetery with Rev. Scott Carroll officiating.
