Robert "Bobby" Eugene Caldwell Sr., age 65, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021. He was a veteran of the US Army and served with the Army National Guard in the 278th Armored Cavalry Unit based in Knoxville, TN. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, being outdoors and spending time with his family. Bobby was a retired equipment operator. He loved to laugh and tell jokes often surrounded by a good campfire. Preceded in death by parents, Floyd D. and Martha Caldwell; daughter, Christina Caldwell and sister, Kathy Caldwell He is survived by his soulmate, Reaira Caldwell; sons, Eric Caldwell, Robert Caldwell, Jr. and Jason Caldwell; daughters, Sunshine Williams and Donna Perry; grandchildren, Adalina Williams, Lainey Caldwell, Keaton Caldwell, Illy Caldwell, Mark Perry, McKenzie Caldwell; sisters, Janelle Smith and Janette Lay. A Celebration of Life service will be held 1 pm Saturday, August 28, 2021 in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 3704 Chapman Highway, with full military honors following the service. Rev. Jeremy Kramer officiating. The family will receive family and friends from 11am to 1 pm prior to the service in the chapel.
