Richard was born in Gainesville, Florida on October 3, 1948 to Pat and Lillian Henderson. He is survived by his daughter, Heather Hopkin and grandsons, Conner and Mario.
Richard practiced medicine for over 40 years, was an ordained Christian minister, an artist, and was a radio host for "Share your Mission". He was an author and co-author of 45 books including a series on addictions. He had a passion to assist others in addiction and finding one's purpose in life.
Dr. Henderson's mission in life was to help you find yours.
A funeral service for Richard will be held Friday, December 27, 2024 from 2:00pm at Berry Highland Memorial Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Northern Plains Reservation Aid.
