Misty D Ballew

Misty graduated from high school in 1985. She earned many medals with the Special Olympics. Misty was a big fan of Dolly and Dollywood. She made new friends wherever she went. The way she enjoyed music was contagious to all around her. Misty loved gospel music and old country. Smoky Mountain Rain by Ronnie Millsaps was her favorite song. Dollywood introduced Misty to the wonderful singing of Kyle King.

Her parents, James D. Ballew and Mary Ellen Ballew, preceded her in death. Misty was also preceded in death by her loving grandparents and special aunts and uncles.

Misty will be greatly missed by many cousins, friends and wonderful caretakers. She is also survived by her pinky-sister and partner in crime, Katrina Beaman.

A small graveside service will be held at Sherwood Memorial at 3:30 pm on Tuesday, March 25th.
