Michael Byron Denton, age 75, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, December 15, 2022 after a battle with leukemia. Mike is preceded in death by his father, Samuel Byron Denton and mother, Mary Lou Denton. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Linda S. and son , Michael.
Mike was a successful business owner of Carpet Headquarters for many years. He enjoyed sports, daily walks at Lakeshore Park, keeping up with the stock market and spending time with his family. Mike was a member of Zion United Methodist Church.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 10am at Berry Highland Memorial Funeral Home with a service to follow at 12pm, Rex Rogers officiating.
