Bridges, Mary Lou –age 73 of Knoxville, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 26, 2012. Mary Lou was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by parents, Carl and Elizabeth Thomas; husband, L.D. Bridges; brothers, Charlie, Jim, John and Bobby Thomas. Mary Lou is survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, Ray and Diane, Donnie and Linda, Gary and Tracy, Paul, Lonnie and Mack Thomas; sister, Debbie Johnson; special great-nieces, Sarah Thomas and Angel Woods; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM on Friday, December 28, 2012 in the chapel of Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway, with funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM.
