Lawson Woodby Lowe Jr.

Lawson "Jr." Woodby Lowe Jr., age 95, of Knoxville, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 31, 2023. Jr. grew up in Jonesborough, TN and was the last of eleven children. He loved farming and working in his yard with his flowers and garden. Jr. worked at PET Dairy for many years and retired from American Apartment Management. He was a member of Ball Camp Baptist Church and enjoyed attending services and fellowshiping with his many church friends. Jr. was a wonderful man, husband, father, and grandfather and will be greatly missed by his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawson W. Lowe and Mary Ena Lowe.

Jr. is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Ethel Ann Lowe; son, Mark Lowe and wife Jane; daughter, Debbie Lowe; grandchildren, who were his pride and joy, Lawson Alan and Emily Ann Lowe; special niece, Harriet Miller as well as many other relatives and friends.

Jr.'s family will receive friends on Friday, August 4, 2023 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm at Berry Highland West, 9913 Sherrill Blvd, Knoxville, TN 37932, with his funeral service immediately following at 7:00pm. Pastor Lee Fox will officiate. Graveside service and interment will be Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 11:00 am at Berry Highland West Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations should be made to American Cancer Society or Ball Camp Baptist Church.
