Mullins, Jeremy Randall, passed away on September 29, 2011. Preceded in death by mother, Robin M. Ollis. A loving, kind hearted soul who loved his family and friends.
Survived by father, Jerry R. Mullins; brother and sisters, Amy D. Mullins, April L. Mullins, Shawn C. Ollis, Cheryl D. Ferguson, Amber M. Mullins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
