Helen Louise Henderson

Helen was a very independent woman doing all the things she wanted to do as well as spending time with her family and friends. She always had a smile for everyone who came in her presence. She lived life to the fullest while thanking and praising Jesus for his many blessings! She enjoyed camping, dancing, going to the beach, cooking for her family and she loved playing cards with anyone that wanted to play.

She was proceeded in death by her husband Robert “Bob” Henderson; mother Dorothy Hammock Wilkerson; father Oscar Hammock; sister Ann Patterson; brothers Eddie Hammock, Billy Hammock and Bobby Wilkerson.

She is survived by her children Paul Wilkerson and wife Brenda, John Wilkerson, Lisa Lake and husband Ron, Sandi Nolan and husband Kip; stepsons Leroy Henderson and Jimmy Henderson; brother Jimmy Hammock and wife Rhoda; sisters Janie Myers and husband Ron, Brenda Elmore; sister-in-law Paula Wilkerson; grandchildren from oldest to youngest, Leslie Roark and husband Tommy, Kelli Morrison and husband Justin, Allen Chisholm and wife Alicia, Katie Parton and husband Joseph, Kayla Batton, and Kurt Wilkerson; step grandchildren Nikki Henderson, Cannan Henderson and wife Sharay, Michelle Corum and husband David, Leigh Ann Henderson, Amanda Henderson; several great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews who she loved so much. She was much loved by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends Friday May 10, 2024 from 11AM until 1PM with a funeral service immediately following at 1PM at Berry Highland South Funeral Home. Family and Friends will meet following the funeral a at Sherwood Memorial Gardens in Alcoa

at 3PM for the committal service.
