Fannie Virginia Lynn

Lynn, Fannie Virginia, age 84, of Knoxville, TN passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2022. She was a member of Norwood Baptist Church. Virginia was a licensed beautician from the TN School of Beauty, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and a good friend to many. She loved crafts, sewing and was an advocate of rescuing dogs.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, William R. Lynn III; parents, Albert Cecil and Julia Elizabeth Sears. She is survived by her daughters; Jody Elizabeth Lynn of Knoxville, TN and Vicky Sue Edgemon of Farragut, TN; sons, William R. Lynn IV of Knoxville, TN and Robert Cecil Lynn of Knoxville, TN; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; her beloved dog, Sugar.

Family will receive friends Tuesday, February 1st from 5-7pm at Berry Lynnhurst Funeral Home with funeral service following at 7pm with Pastor Mike Petty officiating. Graveside service will take place Wednesday, February 2nd meeting at Lynnhurst Cemetery at 12:45pm for a 1pm service. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial contributions to Greeneville Animal Shelter, Greeneville, TN; Young-Williams Animal Shelter, Knoxville, TN or Norwood Baptist Church, Knoxville, TN.
