Elizabeth “Liz” Kaye Riddle Hill, 68, of Knoxville, TN Passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2021. Liz was baptized at an early age at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church. She attended Knoxville Business College and worked soon after at Knoxville College. She then went on to be employed at The University of Tennessee – Knoxville, School of Agriculture where she served the students, fostering their development academically, personally and professionally for thirty nine years. She was an avid UT Vols and LSU Tigers football fan, and she also enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and gardening. Liz also volunteered for a number of years with the Knoxville Track Club.
When Liz entered the gates of Eternity she had waiting on her with open arms, her parents, Will and Hattie Riddle; siblings, Paul, Laverne, and Kearn; grandparents, Ethel and Simon Billingsley, and Albert and Carrie Riddle.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory husband, Judge Hill Jr.; loving and dedicated children, Kerry Wayne, Matthew Maurice Hill; siblings, Joyce Riddle, Geraldine Littlejohn, Willie Jo “Willie” Harold, Carrie Simmons, William (Frances) Riddle, Ethel Faye(John) Epps, Archie Riddle, Patricia Felts, Jeffrey Riddle, Kim (James) Taylor; grandchildren, Alexus, Irulan, Kerriana; great-granddaughter, IIani Rose; special friends, Shane Begnaud, Julie McMillan, and Ryan Villard and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The family would also like to acknowledge and give a special “thank you” to Liz’s caregiver Amber Freeman, your love, care, and support you extend to Liz and the entire family will always be remembered.
